Instructions

10 red tulips
1 sheet white tissue paper or newspaper
white vase (height: 8"; width: 5.5")

The tissue paper holds the tulips in place if there are not enough flowers to fill a vase nicely.

Cut the tulip stems back to 12". Fill the vase only to about 1/3 with water. Place the flowers into the vase, have them facing in one direction. Then wrap the tissue paper around the stems.
